How to view your usage history
Sign in to your My chatr account any time to track how much data, minutes and text messages you’ve used. There’s a helpful tracker for your current month’s usage right on the My chatr dashboard or you can view history reports for a complete usage history.

- Sign in to My chatr. If you don’t have an account, set one up now.
- Go to the Profile tab and select View history reports.
- Select the Usage tab.
- Filter and view your usage history report.
- Select Download PDF if you need to save a detailed copy of your usage history report.
If you can not access your usage history or would like to request additional account information
