How to view your payment history
Sign in to your My chatr account any time to review a detailed history of your payments, including:
- Top-up payments
- Guest Top-up
- Auto-pay
- New activations
- New activations (with number transfer)
- Refunds
- Plan changes
- Add-on management

Steps
- Sign in to My chatr. If you don’t have an account, set one up now.
- Go to the Profile tab and select View history reports.
- Select the Payment tab.
- Filter and view your payment history report.
- Select Download PDF if you need to save a detailed copy of your payment history report.
