How to view your account history
Sign in to your My chatr account anytime to review a detailed history of your account including account charges, payments and adjustments.

Steps
- Sign in to My chatr. If you don’t have an account, set one up now.
- Go to the Profile tab and select View history reports.
- Select the Account tab.
- Filter and view your account history report.
- Select Download PDF if you need to save a detailed copy of your account history report.
