How to view your order history
Sign in to your My chatr account any time to review a detailed history of your orders, including:
- New activation
- New activation (port-in)
- Plan change
- Manage add-on
- Phone number change
- Phone number change (port-in)
- SIM swap
- Auto-pay (enroll)
- Auto-pay (unenroll)
- Phone number port-out

- Sign in to My chatr. If you don’t have an account, set one up now.
- Go to the Profile tab and select View history reports.
- Select the Order tab.
- Filter and view your order history report.
- Select Download PDF if you need to save a detailed copy of your order history report.
