  • Easily top up without signing in. All you need is a chatr phone number.   Now you can top up with a credit card, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard or a chatr top-up card to get started.

Call or text to top up with a top up card

From your chatr phone, text your 12-digit top-up card PIN to 611.  

If you already have a top-up card or payment card on your account, top-up by dialing *611 from your chatr phone.  

Top-up cards are available at select retailers.

Top up with text reminders

If you have a payment card saved on your My chatr account, we'll send you monthly top-up reminders. Just reply Yes to the text, and we'll automatically charge your saved card.
