Add a payment card

1. Sign in to My chatr.
2. Select Manage credit card from the Quick Links section.
3. Select Manage credit cards on file.
4. Next, select Add a new credit card.
5. Fill in all the required fields.
6. Check the box to allow us to save your card for future payments and then select Save.

Delete a saved card

Here’s how you can delete a saved card from your account.

If you’re using this card for auto-pay, you’ll need to call us so we can delete it for you.

1. Sign in to My chatr.
2. Select Manage credit card from the Quick Links section.
3. Select Manage credit cards on file.
4. Select delete and then OK to confirm.

Change assigned card for auto-pay

Change the card you use for auto-pay. If your card expires and you miss your anniversary date, a one-time top-up is needed to keep your service active.

1. Sign in to My chatr.
2. From the Profile tab, under Saved cards, select Manage
3. Select Use this card for auto-pay next to the card you want to assign for auto-pay.
4. Check the box to agree to save your payment card details for future payments.
5. Select Save.
