How to add service blocks to your chatr account
Lost your phone? Here’s how you can add a service block to your account to prevent fraud or any unauthorized usage.

Add a Service suspension
A service suspension prevents any data, talk and text usage from your number.
Via My chatr dashboard
- In the Profile tab, select Manage lost or Stolen phone.
- Select Suspend Service.
Via support ticket
- From the Contact us page, select Submit a support ticket and complete the form.
You can also or go to a chatr store to have your number suspended.
Restore service
Use this to get back service on a number you put a service suspension on.
Via my chatr dashboard
- Select the number with a service block.
- In the Profile tab, select Manage lost or Stolen phone and then Restore service. You can also use the Restore service link on the service suspension message.
Via support ticket:
From the Contact us page, select Submit a support ticket and complete the form.
Add phone to IMEI block list
Adding a phone to the IMEI block list stops all data, calls, and texts on the device, but not your number. Only the last phone used with your chatr plan can be blocked.
To add a lost phone to the block list, create a support ticket from the Contact us page.
Replace your SIM card
You may need to replace your SIM card. Buy a SIM card online or visit us in-store.
Once you have your new SIM, you’ll have to sign in to your My chatr account to update your SIM number.

If you can’t find your missing phone, think about getting a new one. Explore our selection of available phones or use a compatible device you already have.
