Manage your account and profile information
You can update your account information like your name, address, email or profile details like your My chatr username, password, recovery number and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings online by signing in to your account. Some changes may require us to verify your identity in-store.

Sign in to your account to edit your first and last name, address, email or alternate phone number online. For birthdate changes, please visit us in-store.
Steps
- Sign in to My chatr. If you don’t have an account, set one up now.
- Go to the Profile tab and select Edit under Account information.
- Select Save when you’re finished editing to keep your changes.
Update your profile information
