Sign in to your account to choose how we contact you with marketing information, including exclusive offers.
Steps
- Sign in to My chatr. If you don’t have an account, set one up now.
- Go to the Message preferences section in the Profile tab.
- Use the toggles beside text messages and email to set your preferences to yes or no.
- Select your preferred language: English or French.
Your changes apply right away, but it may take up to 10 days to be fully removed from all lists.
