1. Tell me more about the Talk, Text and Data plans (in–zone).
chatr offers Talk, Text and Data (in–zone) plans in the Greater Toronto Area, Vancouver, Montreal and many other cities across Canada. Check out our coverage map for more details. The perks of your plan can travel with you to any chatr data zone.

While in-zone, the plans include Unlimited Canada–wide Talk & International Text, and data with a choice of allotment at 3G speed. Once you have reached your allotment, you can continue to use data at a reduced speed until your next anniversary date. Data speed will be reduced from up to 3 Mbps to up to 64 kbps (for both download and upload).

Pay–per–use charges apply for talk, text and data usage outside of a chatr data zone.
2. What is a chatr data zone?

3. What happens when I travel outside of a chatr data zone?

4. What happens if I’m using services in a chatr data zone and travel out–of–zone?
As long as you start using your service in a chatr data zone and stay in–zone, your usage is covered by your plan.

5. Will my network indicator show if I’m in–zone or out–of–zone? How can I find out if I’m in–zone or out–of–zone?

7. Will I be notified about my 3G speed usage?
