Set up My chatr using the registration link

Follow these steps to register for My chatr if you’ve activated a chatr plan within the last 2 weeks and provided your email address at the time of the activation.

If you activated your plan more than 2 weeks ago or didn’t receive an email from chatr with a registration link, follow Register my chatr account instead.

1. Check your email for a message from chatr with the subject “My chatr password”. In the email click the link to register your chatr account.
2. Create a password using the criteria provided and select Continue.
3. Pick a security question from the drop-down list and enter your answer. Select Continue.
4. Next, set a 4-digit PIN. We’ll use this PIN to verify your identity if you need to call Customer Care.
5. Select Submit to complete your registration.

You’re all set. You can sign in to My chatr to top up, change your plan and manage your account.

Good to know: your username is your chatr phone number.
