Select Shipping details in your confirmation email to track your order. The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. All physical SIM card orders are sent using a courier, so you can use your order details to track your order.

We deliver SIM cards to Canadian mailing addresses validated by Canada Post, excluding PO boxes. If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time or it arrived at your address damaged, contact us. We’re happy to help.

If you’re getting a SIM card error message, make sure that the SIM card is inserted properly into your phone. Then, turn your phone off and back on to reset it. If your phone is still displaying the error message, contact us. We’re here to help.
