If you prefer to top up your chatr account monthly you can do this using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard or buying a chatr top-up card from a chatr retail location.
No you do not need to be on a data plan to access the My chatr app. If you do not have a data plan you will need to connect to Wifi to access the My chatr app.
