Yes, if you’re on auto-pay, you can also use chatr top-ups to put extra money in your account. Your preauthorized charges will still continue unless you unsubscribe to auto-pay.
If you’re on auto-pay and reach the maximum balance, we’ll give your credit card a break and will only resume automatic charges when there’s enough room. You don’t have to do a thing.
chatr top-ups allow for one-time payments to your chatr account, and are available in $10, $25, $40 and $50 denominations.
For first-time activation, the chatr unlimited plan requires a $25 top-up or greater, and the chatr unlimited talk & text plan requires a $40 top-up or greater.
