Register for My chatr

Register and sign in to My chatr to manage your chatr services online.

1. Go to chatrmobile.com/mychatr and select Register.
2. Fill in all the fields and select Continue. The information entered here must match the details you gave when you activated your chatr service. If you’re having issues, call us.
3. Enter the verification code that we just sent to your chatr phone and select Continue.
4. Create a password and select Continue.
5. Set up your security questions and answers, then select Continue.
6. Create a 4-digit PIN. We’ll use this PIN to verify your identity if you need to call Customer Care.
7. Select Submit to complete your registration.

You’re all set. You can sign in to My chatr to top up, change your plan and manage your account.

Good to know: your username is your chatr phone number.
