Auto-pay bonus may be changed by chatr at any time without notice. If you have an eligible auto-pay plan, we will add the applicable bonus to your account and it will be processed within 48 hours after successful payment. However, if you are no longer enrolled in the auto-pay program, or if the credit card, Visa debit or Debit Mastercard that you provided cannot be charged, then no bonus will be applied to your account.
Eligibility of the dollar bonus, if applicable, is allowed only once during the customer's account lifetime and cannot be reinstated if you change bonus offers. Data usage varies by device, file type/size and user. Examples shown are estimates only. No data will be depleted from your plan (no data charges apply) when connected to a Wi-Fi network.
NOTE: Unused data does not roll over into the next month. Data usage is rounded up to the next full KB. Data overage and data roaming rates apply where applicable.
Any changes to your plan, including the addition of a plan feature, must be completed the day before your plan anniversary date. Otherwise, the full monthly fee for your current plan will apply in addition to the monthly fee for the new plan or plan feature.

As a chatr mobile customer, you will need to pay your monthly fee before your anniversary date each month. You can pay your monthly fee with a credit card, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit or chatr top-up card. You can also add extra money to your chatr account to cover anything not included in your plan.

The easiest way to manage your monthly chatr payments is with auto-pay. You can sign up with auto-pay using your credit card, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard. This preauthorized payment service uses automatic payments, so you never have to worry about topping up your account.
To enroll in Auto-pay:
- Sign in to your chatr account.
- Go to Manage Your chatr payments.
- Select Enroll in Auto-pay to top-up your chatr account easily online.
If you prefer to top up your chatr account monthly you can do this using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard or buying a chatr top-up card from a chatr retail location.
You will automatically receive your auto-pay bonus when you activate on one of our auto-pay plans. Your bonus will be applied to your account within 48 hours after your first successful payment taken on your anniversary date each month.
If you are already a chatr customer, you can enroll in auto-pay anytime by simply logging into My chatr and selecting "Enroll in auto-pay" in the auto-pay box.
